Let's meet at the Lot K in Marymoor Park. Be there, ready to go at the time listed above. If arriving by car, Marymoor charges a $1 parking fee, which can be paid at the kiosk in the parking lot.
We will start with a required safety briefing, and roll out when that's done. All riders must attend the safety briefing to participate.
We will climb and descend hills at our own pace, and we will regroup on occasion. We'll also limit our speed on any multi-use paths to the legal maximum (usually 15 MPH, occasionally 10 MPH).
Restrooms are available at the start. We'll ride to see Jakob Two Trees, one of the newer trolls, in Issaquah (please note that we may need to park and walk a short distance to see the troll; full disclosure - I haven't ridden the section near the troll). We’ll also stop for coffee/snacks at the Issaquah Coffee Company at mile 14.
Bring a spare tube and tools to fix a flat, just in case. Other things to bring: phone; ID; cash and/or credit card; ORCA card; water and a small snack. Please have full fenders if the roads are wet, or you may be asked to ride at the rear of the group.
Note: If weather conditions meet the weather cancelation criterion listed above or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions or other unexpected events, the Ride Leader will cancel the ride and all registered riders will be sent a notification email. If the ride is canceled at least two hours before the start, Ride Leader(s) will not be at the start location. Please check before leaving for the ride.
We hope you can join us!

No shoulders
Hello Anita,
At least until just a few weeks ago, there were long stretches without shoulders going North on the section West of Sammamish Lake. Any reason why the Ride with GPS map shows the route going South on the East side and coming back on the West side?

Revised route
We are going to reverse the route and here is the new ride with GPS link. Sorry for the delay and posting this but my computer died today.

Revised route?
I do not seem able to open revised route.
Why riding north on Westlake Sammamish?
Why ride north on Westlake Sammamish aa cycle tracks on right side of road only and so usually go south there for safety reasons and then north on Eastlake Sammamish Trail.
We went counterclockwise
We went counterclockwise around the lake. The route reflects that.
That's on... Nobody else
That's odd... Nobody else seemed to have had that problem. Were you logged in?
I am logged in, and I do get
I am logged in, and I do get the first, I am assuming original, RWGPS map but the second, the revised version, is greyed out and not able to click on it to open. Are both maps the same?
