Summer in the Northwest is a GREAT time on 2 wheels....let's go ride! Join me as I pedal and re-polish up that rhythmic cadence. We'll take it slow through an easier route into Mountlake Terrace, Shoreline, Edmonds, Ballinger Trail. We then take some back roads to where we started. Let's see how far away we can go and incorporate some fun into this spin workout.

Meet at Kohl's Lynnwood, south end parking lot.
Rest stop: Restrooms available at start and end of ride.
Expectations: PLEASE arrive at 8:45am or earlier to sign the waiver and hear the safety briefing. Ride leader personally uses Strava app and will briefly go through the routes summary prior to the start. We roll out promptly at 9am & be back at starting place by 11:30am or noon the latest.
Front and rear lights are recommended. Everyone should be able to maintain the 14-16 mph moderate pace on flat terrain, faster on rollers and downhills! We will regroup at crossroads and intersections as needed. Riders have to be independent when they have a flat and/or mechanical issues.
If the weather turns sour beforehand, I will post ride cancellation approximately 2 hours before the ride and will not be at the starting place.
