Join me for a Steady meander through Auburn and Kent this Halloween! It's truly getting to be Autumn, so I can't promise you warm weather, but it's looking like a nice (if chilly) day for a ride. Meet me in the north lot of Auburn High School, and plan to be there by 9:40 so that we can take care of the pre-ride briefing. We'll roll on a mix of quiet roads and less well known trails through the Auburn and Kent portions of the Green River Valley. The ride is pretty darn flat, so we'll plan to stay together along the route.
Bring a spare tube and tools to fix a flat, just in case. Please have full fenders if the roads are wet, or you may be asked to ride at the rear of the group.
Note: If weather conditions meet the weather cancellation criterion listed above or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions, the Ride Leader will post a ride-canceled note in the Comments section below at least two hours prior to the start and Ride Leader(s) will not be at the start location.
We hope you can join us!
