Cascade Zwifters: London Pretzel (vRTS #4)

Join us for a ride in Zwift's LONDON zone on a 69 mile route at 1.3 to 3.0 w/kg. During prior weekends, sub-groups have formed at roughly the 1.3, 1.8, 2.5 and 3.0w/kg ranges, corresponding roughly to Moderate (14-16mph on flats), Brisk (16-18mph), Vigorous (18-20mph) and Strenuous (20-22mph) This is a self paced (un-banded) meetup. Also, we have a Discord server, so you'll be "with" the other meetup riders at all time. We are experimenting with Zoom for communication this week as well.
The moderate group stays together and regroups at the top of KOM climbs and takes a lunch break. Strenuous rides fast in a paceline and does the entire ride in one go, typically. The other groups tend to ride in bunches and break as agreed upon by the cluster of riders. Keep in mind that even if we're not adjacent to each other in game, we're still communicating via text and voice on Discord and through the companion app.
We will be riding the LONDON PRETZEL route twice. Details at the link, below. Each loop is 34.5 miles with 1742' of elevation gain, doing Fox and Box hills twice per lap.
The meetup starts at 9:00 AM sharp and Zwift does not support late starts to the meetup. Please arrive 15 minutes early to connect to Discord and/or Zoom and to apply any game updates the servers may have for you.
Please preregister for the ride - but MOST IMPORTANTLY find and follow Steve Ciccarelli (Cascade) on the Companion App. Contact Steve to send you an invite to the meetup prior to the start of the ride. Meetup invites within the final 15 minutes before ride start typically aren't recognized by the game.
