  • Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
  • If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
  • Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
  • Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
  • A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Social ride out to May Valley and Cedar Grove from I-90 Lid  Aubrey Davis parking area. Please look at map above if you do not know this parking area. Return on Cedar River Trail and Jones Rd thru Renton and along west side of Lake Washington..  Riders not wishing to ride a short dirt path that allows us to connect Cedar River Trail to Jones Rd can continue on trail and regroup at Starbucks. Starbucks coffee/food stop at 27 miles.  There are two short dirt path on this ride.  They can be walked if you do not wish to ride them. Group will wait for you.

A notice will be posted 2 hours prior to start of ride in comments section of this page if ride is canceled due to snow, ice or rain. Persons that have registered for ride on Cascade Bicycle Club website will receive an email that ride is canceled. Leader will not be at start if ride is canceled.

Leader wishes to start riding at 10 am, so please be considerate of other riders and arrive at least 10 minutes prior to start.

As of 25 March, Cascade Bicycle Club and the Rides Committee have decided to suspend Free Group Rides until further notice. This decision has been made with the safety and health of our riders in mind.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate these difficult times. We look forward to riding as a group again soon. Stay safe and healthy.
