Join us for a ride from the Regal Cinemas in Auburn on a 22.3 mile route at a leisurely pace 10-12mph!
High intensity interval training, is a great way to see what you are made out of! For this week we will be riding at a leisurely pace, with no head/tail wind we will be riding on safe trails and roads with the purpose of having a high cadence (pedals moving fast). We will descend or climb hills at our own pace and wait or slow down for everyone to catch up.
Our route:
We will start by heading north on the Interurban Trail from the Regal Cinemas. We will travel on the Green River Trail and Frager Road, were we will take a 2-5 minute restroom and snack stop. We will proceed by riding south on some low traffic roads in Kent leading us back on the Interurban Trail.
Let's meet at the at the Regal Cinemas at 9:40 am for our pre-ride safety briefing, with a departure at 10am Sharp!!!!
Our goal will be to stay together for the duration of the route.
Restrooms are at the start (inside of Walmart) and at Three Friends Fishing Hole (mile 11).
You are encouraged to pre-register by clicking the red "Register Now" button above. There is no need to unregister if you decide not to ride.
Bring a spare tube and tools to fix a flat, just in case. Please have full fenders if the roads are wet, or you may be asked to ride at the rear of the group.
Note: If weather conditions meet the weather cancellation criterion listed above or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions, the Ride Leader will post a ride-canceled note in the Comments section below at least two hours prior to the start and Ride Leader(s) will not be at the start location.
We hope you can join us!

See you Saturday!
Hi Fernando!
I think I usually ride more in the 12-14 mph range, but I hardly did any bicycling in 2019. This will be my first ride of 2020, to get back in shape! Thanks for leading a ride on the south end. Looking forward to seeing and riding with you.
Your friend from church- Diane
Oops
I accidentally double-booked myself for Sat 1/4. I won't be able to join you on this date. Will see you the following week, 1/11.

Riders, please do not go to the link posted by James Jones. Thank you and can’t wait to see you all!
Alrighty!
cannot wait to have you attend the steady pace ride!
Keep in mind!
Due to Washington being known as a rainy state, I highly advise that riders bring rain proof/resistant gear and to also have both front and rear lights on!
