Today is the first day of fall! Let's welcome it in with a beautiful ride through the Enumclaw country side. We will stop at the Black Diamond Bakery close to the half way point before continuing on to the Green River Gorge. After a quick stop at the Green River Gorge to take in the view and take some pictures we will climb up and out and return to Enumclaw. Don't pass up this opportunity to see some beautiful back country sites.
Please meet at the QFC parking lot on the north end along side Stevenson Ave. Bathrooms are available at QFC.
For mentoring opportunity, please contact the Ride Leader at least two days in advance so that you have time to familiarize yourself with the route and discuss any route issues or other questions you may have.
Arrive 20 minutes early so you have time to ready your bike, sign the ride waiver, and listen to the Cascade SMART Safety talk.
If ride is cancelled due to weather it will be posted here in comments by 7:00am and ride leader will not be at the start.
Come prepared to fix flats and have a plan for dealing with mechanical issues. Generally, the group will not wait for flats/mechanical issues so make sure you know the route or have printed a CUE sheet.
Please register for the ride by clicking on the red Register Now button at the top of this page, click the waiver release box, complete the Emergency Contact Number, and click on Save. By doing this you will save time at the ride start. If you are unable to attend you do not need to "un-register."
