Ride Description:

Suffering a lactate hangover? Then Small Chainring Mondays is for you. Small Chainring Mondays is a high-cadence "active recovery ride" for cyclists who have spent the weekend riding at a strenuous, super strenuous, or race pace. The pace for this ride is <18mph and we put it in the small chainring before starting. The ride leaves Sam Smith Park promptly at 6:30 PM. Plan on about 65 mins of riding time. Route is clockwise around Mercer Island, with an emphasis is on safe group riding etiquette and respect for Mercer residents driving home at that time of day.
