Crossing the University Bridge at the start of STP
Riders head over the University Bridge in Seattle near the start of their 206-mile journey on Saturday, July 12. Most riders finish STP in two days with a campout or hotel at the midpoint in Centralia.

Whether it was the colorful 90s-style jerseys, the STP 5-Packs, our STP Ambassadors and Affinity Bike Club Partners, or just old-fashioned word of mouth excitement, the 2025 Seattle to Portland Bicycle Classic presented by Alaska Airlines and Zenni Optical marked a historical turning point.

With 6,000+ registered riders, the most since 2019, the 46th edition of the Pacific Northwest's biggest community bike ride is back--and more inclusive than ever.

“We have worked hard to spread the message that STP is an inclusive, welcoming and fully supported ride that is open to everyone no matter their race, background, gender identity, body type, or biking ability,” says Cascade Bicycle Club Executive Director Lee Lambert.

Please enjoy the sights, sounds, and memories of STP 2025 in photos. If you've dreamt of riding STP but have never gotten around to it, we hope you can see yourself in the smiles and faces of our participants--and sign up in 2026. Be sure to watch our STP 2025 Youtube video at the end of this post, and get links to download photos.

A post STP dunk in the fountains
A post-STP dunk in the fountains at Holladay Park is a tradition on hot days. Grant and his son were great sports to take the plunge for our camera.
