Let it be written: May 2011 is Bike Month

First, we extend our thanks to Governor Gregoire for signing the Vulnerable User Bill into law on Monday afternoon. [More coming on that...] And today, we're please to announce that Gov. Gregoire has further proclaimed May 2011 to be, officially, Bike Month.
