• Kay was introduced to Cascade in 2025 and completing both the Cascade Training Series (CTS) and STP (in two days) that year. She rode STP again in 2026 (this time, in one day!) and added Flying Wheels to her list of completed rides.
• In Cascade, Kay's found new friendships and a sense of community, especially among strong women who share the same passion for exercise, self-improvement, and support for others.

• Just a couple of years ago, the longest distance Irving had ridden was five miles. In 2025, he rode his first STP in two days. In 2026, he's set his sights even higher and plans to ride STP in one day!
