Bike Swap & E-Bike Demo Vendors

Join us at Bike Swap where we have lots of deals, steals, and wheels for you to check out! The 2026 Seattle Bike Swap returns to Seattle Center Exhibition Hall, on Saturday, Feb. 7.

Parking & Loading

Seattle Center is easy to access by public transportation, but also has ample garage parking. Vendors are encouraged to find parking on nearby streets. Carts and handtrucks are available to haul your items to and from the building. Limited volunteers will be available to assist in transporting your items.

NEW: The loading ramp at the rear of the building will not be available this year for load-in and load-out, due to major construction projects. To facilitate a painless loading experience, we'll have an additional two hours to unload on Friday, Feb. 6, during which we'll give priority to vendors with multiple booths, vendors using box trucks and/or trailers, and vendors traveling from outside of Washington state. This will be limited to 25 vendors and arranged in advance.

Take a virtual tour here.

Available Booths & Spaces

Map updated on Feb. 3

This year, we're encouraging double-booth vendors to select a pair of booths nearest to the entrance to facilitate the load-in and teardown process. The truck ramp at the rear of the building will not be available this year due to two construction projects. If any of these booths are not filled by January 16, they'll be available as single booths.

This year, we are having a E-Bike Expo in conjunction with the swap. The e-bike vendors will all be located in the back section of the room and spaces are indicated on the map by an “E”. E-bike vendor spaces are a block of four 10 x10 ft spaces together. Test riders will use the front doors and ramps to reach the outdoors.

Vendor Registration

Online vendor registration opens on December 2, 2025 at 10 a.m. and closes February 3, 2026 at 11:59 p.m., the Tuesday before the event.

You may request a specific booth, but they will be assigned by Cascade on a first come first serve basis. Space is limited, so book early.

See the current layout and available booth spots.

Each booth comes with two vendor passes. Additional passes can be purchased for $10 each. If you need an 8-foot table, they can be reserved in advance at a cost of $15 each (day of event tables are $20). Load-in details will be mailed out a week prior to the swap. Vendors' passes will be available for pickup at the door on the day of the event. If you would like yours mailed, please arrange that in advance with us.
