What is bike valet?
Bike Valets, also known as Bike Corrals, are professionally managed bike transportation parking solutions. They reduce vehicle congestion, support sustainable transportation, and provide attendees with a safe, convenient place to park their bikes.
Many venues do not have enough bike parking infrastructure. Without dedicated options, attendees are often forced to drive, increasing traffic and parking demand, or to lock their bikes to insecure and limited street signs or railings. Dedicated bicycle corrals and valet services provide a safe, organized, and scalable solution tailored to the needs of large events.
By partnering with Cascade to provide this service, event organizers can offer bike valet free of charge to attendees, with costs typically covered through event sponsorships, civic grants, or philanthropic underwriting. This model promotes equitable access to biking, particularly for riders who may not own high-end locking equipment or who feel less confident navigating busy event environments.

How it works
Cascade's friendly and professional staff set up the bike corrals before an event, help guests park their bikes, and monitor the valet area throughout the event, ensuring an efficient and welcoming system. Each rider receives a two-part ticket, with their name and phone number recorded at check-in. Bikes are released only when both ticket parts are matched, providing accountability and significantly reducing the risk of theft.
Cascade has a proven track record delivering seamless bike valet service for events of all sizes – from major sporting events like the Sounders and MLB All-Star games, to community festivities like farmers markets, and bike lane openings.
To maintain a secure perimeter, bike corrals must be located in gated or barricaded areas with controlled access. If a host site is unable to provide physical barriers, event organizers may contract with Cascade to supply the necessary infrastructure.
