How does buying an RSVP 5-Pack of coupon codes benefit me?
If you buy a pack of five RSVP coupon codes, it drops the price per (adult) registration by $15 off the member price. This is a great deal for groups of friends, clubs, teams, and other organizations. For early bird pricing, $170 per registration in the RSVP 5-pack is the lowest-priced RSVP registration available.
Is there a difference for members and non-members?
Yes, logistically. Although the price is the same, members will be able to register before non-members. In other words, if you're a non-member, you can get a 5-Pack at early bird pricing, but you'll need to wait until April to actually register.
I've added it to my shopping cart and paid for it. Now what?
We'll email you instructions. Check the inbox that is associated with your cascade.org account. You'll have a list of five coupon codes. One of these coupons is for you -- use that code to register yourself via cascade.org. Send each of the other four coupon codes to an individual in your group. Each individual must register themself, using the coupon code, via their own cascade.org account. Members can register in March. Non-members will have to wait until April to complete the registration form.
When I buy an RSVP 5-Pack, do I also have to register the other individuals in my group?
No -- those individuals must register themselves using the coupon codes that you purchased. When they register, they'll provide important contact information, emergency contact information, and agree to our code of conduct and waiver of liability. Each individual must complete this registration process and confirm that they have: (1) received a registration confirmation email from us and that (2) RSVP is listed under their "Upcoming Events" on their profile. They must also purchase any desired add-ons like merchandise, but to do this, they must register.
Can I get a refund in part or in whole for an RSVP 5-Pack?
There are no refunds on these 5-Packs.
My friend or family member sent me a coupon code. What do I do with it?
- Click the green "Register" button on this page, and answer the registration questions. Select any add-ons that you would like, then click "Continue to Cart".
- On the Shopping Cart page, click "Continue to Checkout".
- On the Checkout page, enter the coupon code and click "Apply coupon". You should see confirmation that your coupon has been applied. Click "Continue to review".
- IMPORTANT: Verify that the coupon has been applied, and that your order total has been reduced.
- Click "Pay and complete purchase" when you are done.
Will my 5-pack coupon code cover the full registration fee even if the price has gone up since the coupon pack was purchased?
Yes! 5-pack coupon codes are valid anytime between the date of purchase and the close of registration. Each coupon code covers 100% of the registration fee, regardless of what the current price is. For example, if a member purchased a 5-pack during the Early Bird registration period in March and gave one of the coupon codes to a friend who is registering in June, the coupon code will still cover the full registration fee even though the price has increased.
