Refunds and Illness

Refund Policy for all Adult Education Classes

Up to 5 days before the class date, your payment can be refunded in full (minus a $5 service fee).

This includes all Adult Education classes: Learn to Ride / Further, Maintenance, Essential Biking Knowledge, Basic Cycling Techniques and Urban Cycling Techniques. Example: if class is on a Thursday evening at 6:30pm, the refund period would close the prior Sunday morning at 12:05am.

This policy applies regardless of the refund reason, including but not limited to: scheduling conflicts, illness and/or tardiness.

If a class is cancelled by Cascade Bicycle Club, you will be offered a full refund (without a service fee) or the option to reschedule for another class within the next 60 days. 

Requesting a Refund

By default, refunds will be made to the original payment method. We will contact you if we are unable to process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 30 days after the refund request for processing.

To process a refund, you must do the following:

  1. Sign in to your online account using the "Sign In" button in the top right corner of this page
  2. Click "Account Dashboard" in the top right corner
  3. Click "Orders" on the left sidebar menu
  4. Click on the order number that includes the class registration
  5. On the next page, click the "Request Refund” link on the top right corner
  6. Click the green "Request Refund" box to complete

Note: If you purchased multiple registrations as a household, please log in as the person who purchased. You must request a refund for each person in your household who is registered. If you purchased multiple classes, you must request a refund for each class.
