The 2023 Seattle Bike Swap returns to Seattle Center Exhibition Hall, on Saturday, Feb. 3.
Parking & Loading
Seattle Center is easy to access by public transportation, but also has ample garage parking. Vendors are encouraged to find parking on nearby streets. You can load from a loading dock in the rear or through the front doors. Carts are available to haul your items to and from the building.

Available Booths & Spaces
New this year we are having a E-Bike Expo in conjunction with the swap. The e-bike vendors will all be located in the back section of the room and spaces are indicated on the map by an “E”. E-bike vendor spaces are a block of four 10 x10 ft spaces together. The loading dock door will be open for easy access to the outside test ride area.
Vendor Registration
Online vendor registration opens on December 6, 2023 at 10 a.m. and closes February 1 at 11:59 p.m., the Thursday before the event.
You may request a specific booth but they will be assigned by Cascade on a first come first serve basis. Space is limited, so book early.

Each booth comes with two vendor passes. Additional passes can be purchased for $10 each. If you need an 8-foot table, they can be reserved in advance at a cost of $15 each (day of event tables are $20). Load-in details will be mailed out a week prior to the swap. Vendors passes will be available for pickup at the door on the day of the event. If you would like yours mailed, please arrange that in advance with us.
