Free Group Ride
Middle Fork Snoqualmie
Event has already happened.
Join us for a ride from Redmond on a 100 mile route at strenuous pace of 20-22mph!
I've still yet to ride the middle fork of the Snoqualmie River so now is the time. Join me as we ride up and over Union Hill, through Carnation on the country roads. Up past the falls, out and back on the middle fork before a final climb out of Fall City before heading back.
Let's meet at the Sixty Acres South Parking lot and please be ready to ride at 9:30am. We will start with a required safety briefing, and roll out when that's done. If you miss the briefing you will not be able to ride with the group.
We will climb and descend quick. We will regroup at top of major climbs.
Restrooms are available at the start with water fountain close by. We will stop along the way for restrooms/water/food at the QFC in North Bend twice. Once at mile 35 on way out and mile 65 on way back.
Bring a spare tube and tools to fix a flat, just in case. Please have full fenders if the roads are wet, or you may be asked to ride at the rear of the group.
Note: If weather conditions meet the weather cancellation criterion listed above or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions or other unexpected events, the Ride Leader will post a ride-canceled note in the Comments section below at least two hours prior to the start and Ride Leader(s) will not be at the start location.
We hope you can join us!
