TREATS: South Lake Washington with Seward Park loop
Ride Contact
Event has already happened.
Join us for a scenic ride around Mercer Island and the South end of Lake Washington with a side trip around Seward Park. This route features the beautiful new section of Eastrail if you haven't ridden it yet.
Let's meet at the corner of 71st Ave SE and SE 22nd Street on Mercer Island. This is along Lid (Aubrey Davis) Park, right next to the I-90 trail and there is plenty of parking. Please be ready to ride at 10 AM. We will start with a required safety briefing, and roll out when that's done. If you miss the briefing you will not be able to ride with the group. It's a good idea to arrive early!
Coffee/Lunch stop at The Landing in Renton.
Bring a spare tube and tools to fix a flat, just in case. Please have full fenders if the roads are wet, or you may be asked to ride at the rear of the group.
Note: If weather conditions meet the weather cancellation criterion listed above or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions or other unexpected events, the ride leader will cancel the ride at least two hours prior to the start and Ride Leader(s) will not be at the start location.
We hope you can join us!
