CTS Yellow #9: Magnuson - Everett

This ride: Epic! 86 miles with 3330 ft. of climbing. Starting from Cascade headquarters, our route takes us north to Everett, via Green Lake, Innis Arden, Woodway, Edmonds, Paine Field, and back roads of Snohomish. Along the way we'll get the chance to see some fresh-off-the-assembly line airplanes and U.S. Navy ships at the wharf. Returning from Everett, we ride past Silver Lake with a bathroom stop at Martha Lake Airport, and then a long downhill profile through Brier and Kenmore to Log Boom Park, with a finish along the Burke-Gilman Trail.

NOTE: We will observe and NOT exceed all posted speed limits on the Burke-Gilman trail and all other trails.

Please be at the ride start and ready to start the SMART talk\briefing at 8am followed by departure shortly after 8am. 

Be prepared with a personal recovery plan in case of a situation or mechanical which prohibits you from completing the ride.  Be prepared and know how to fix a flat. Advise you have two water bottles, electrolytes and sun protection.

• 71mi Martha Lake Airport Park (water, restrooms) - Verified with Snohomish County parks that restrooms here are open this day
• 79mi Log Boom Park (water, restrooms)
• 86.4 mi Finish Line!
