Saturday Morning Social Ride with Amigos

This is a Saturday Social Ride with Amigos starting from the 3rd Street and the Centennial Trail Intersection in Snohomish. The ride runs from Snohomish along the Centennial Trail to Macias, then up OK Mill to Lake Roesiger. The return route features Dubuque Road, with a nice climb followed by a fun descent to the Centennial Trail and arriving back in Snohomish. 

Start Time & Location : We will meet in Snohomish at the 3rd Street and Centennial Trail Intersection. Please be there, ready to ride, at 10:00am. We will start with the required safety briefing, and roll out when that's done.  If you miss the briefing you will not be able to ride with the group.

Parking : Street parking is available at the start. 

Restrooms : Restrooms are available near the start in downtown Snohomish or at the Machias Trailhead Park (mile 5.2).

We will climb and descend hills at our own pace. Our goal will be to stay together and regroup as needed.  This is a social ride and nobody gets dropped. 

Each rider is responsible for their own mechanical issues. Please bring a spare tube and tools to fix a flat and to be prepared to find their own way home by printing out a cue sheet and bringing a cell phone to call for a ride home.

Please have full fenders if the roads are wet, or you may be asked to ride at the rear of the group. Front and rear lights are also highly recommended!

All riders are responsible to promote a great experience by having a positive attitude and enjoying the beauty we are surrounded by. 

Weather cancellation : Steady rain, an Air Quality AQI over 50 or other unsafe conditions cancels the ride.

Note : If weather conditions meet the weather cancellation criterion listed above or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions or other unexpected events, the Ride Leader will post a ride-canceled note in the Comments section below at least two hours prior to the start and Ride Leader(s) will not be at the start location.
