Leisurely Paced Cocoa Ride

Join us for a ride from Cascade Bicycle Club on an approximately 10 mile ride at a Leisurely pace of 10-12 mph. 

The ride will start at the north end of Magnuson Park at Cascade Bicycle Club and meander to the the south side using many of the roads and paths located in the park. This ride directly precedes the HOT COCOA social hour event at Cascade at 3:00 pm. 

Let's meet at the Cascade Bicycle Club HQ and please be ready to ride at 2:00 pm. We will start with a required safety briefing, and roll out when that's done.  If you miss the briefing you will not be able to ride with the group.

We will climb and descend hills at our own pace, and our goal will be to stay together. 

Restrooms are available at the start and end.  The ride ends back at HQ in time for HOT COCOA.  

Bring a spare tube and tools to fix a flat, just in case. Please have full fenders if the roads are wet, or you may be asked to ride at the rear of the group.

Note: If weather conditions meet the weather cancelation criterion listed above or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions or other unexpected events, the Ride Leader will post a ride-canceled note in the Comments section below at least two hours prior to the start.
