Auburn, Maple Valley, Renton Loop

Join us for a 46 mile ride that starts in Auburn and takes us through Maple Valley, Renton, and Kent at a pace of 14-16 mph. 

We will climb and descend hills at our own pace, and our goal will be to stay together.  We will also limit our speed on any multi-use paths to the legal maximum (usually 15 MPH).

We will have a short break at mile 28(Starbucks) for food, water, and restroom.

Restrooms are available at the start in Walmart, mile 20(Porta Potty), mile 28(Starbucks) and mile 43(Porta Potty).

We will meet at the Auburn Regal Cinema north end parking lot next to Walmart in the Outlet Mall.  

Please be ready to ride at 9:00 AM when we will do the safety briefing and roll out when that's done.  IMPORTANT TO NOTE:  If you are not present and ready when we start the safety briefing, you will not be allowed to participate.

Bring ID, equipment and skills to fix flats, a phone, and a plan for rescue if your bike fails.  If roads are wet, rooster tails from bare tires are a safety and comfort issue for other riders.  Unless the geometry of your bike won't allow, fenders with long mudflaps are strongly recommended.

PLEASE DON'T JOIN THE RIDE IF YOU ARE NOT FEELING WELL.

Note: If weather conditions meet the weather cancellation criterion listed above or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions or other unexpected events, the Ride Leader will post a ride-canceled note in the Comments section below at least two hours prior to the start and Ride Leader(s) will not be at the start location.
