MORE - Monday Outdoor Rides in the Evening - Steady

Join us for a MORE (Monday Outdoor Riding in the Evening) ride in North Seattle after work on a 20.4-mile route at a steady (12-14 mph on flats) pace!

We'll meet at the picnic table by the bathrooms and ride the ride listed below.  This is the LESS hilly, steady-pace version of the MORE ride (different route) that the moderate group is doing.  Riders are encouraged to push as hard or as easy as they want on the hills and we will always regroup at the top (faster climbers can circle back or add a bit of distance!).  Our goal is to have fun, get some training in and be social.  Did I mention have fun?

Let's meet at the Lower Woodland Soccer Field #2 and please be ready to ride at 6:00. We will start with a required safety briefing, and roll out when that's done.  If you miss the briefing you will not be able to ride with the group.

We will climb and descend hills at our own pace, and our goal will be to regroup very frequently - and always at the tops of hills.

Restrooms are available at the start. We will stop along the way as needed for restrooms/water.

Bring a spare tube and tools to fix a flat, just in case. Please have full fenders if the roads are wet, or you may be asked to ride at the rear of the group.

Note: If weather conditions meet the weather cancellation criterion listed above or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions or other unexpected events, the Ride Leader will post a ride-canceled note in the Comments section below at least two hours prior to the start and Ride Leader(s) will not be at the start location.
