Enumclaw 50

Join us for a ride from Auburn to Enumclaw and back on a 50 mile route at a moderate pace (14-16 mph on the flats)

This is a scenic route which includes Green Valley Rd, the Green River Gorge and the Enumclaw plateau. 

Let's meet at the Auburn Community and Event Center parking lot and please be ready to ride at 10:00 am. We will start with a required safety briefing, and roll out when that's done.  If you miss the briefing you will not be able to ride with the group.

We will climb and descend hills at our own pace and will regroup as needed after climbs or descents and at major intersections so that no one gets left behind.  Faster riders welcome to go off the front but please regroup as appropriate.

Restrooms are available at the start. We will stop along the way for restrooms at miles 10, 31 and 40. We’ll also stop for coffee/snacks at Starbucks in Enumclaw at mile 31.

Bring a spare tube and tools to fix a flat or minor mechanical. Bring a cell phone in case of major breakdown. 

Note: If weather conditions meet the weather cancellation criterion listed above or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions or other unexpected events, the Ride Leader will post a ride-canceled note in the Comments section below at least two hours prior to the start and Ride Leader(s) will not be at the start location.
