Saturday Snohomish Co. ride (Lynnwood/Beverly Park)

Join us for a 38.9-mile ride from Lynnwood Transit Center at a Moderate pace (14-16 mph on the flats.)

This ride rolls parts of Lynnwood, Edmonds, Everett and Mill Creek and includes some nice views of Puget Sound.

Let's meet in the parking lot south of the bus bays at the Transit Center. Please, be ready to ride at 8:55 a.m. We will start with a required safety briefing, and roll out when that's done.  If you miss the briefing you will not be able to ride with the group.

We will climb and descend hills at our own pace, and our goal will be to regroup occasionally. 

Restrooms are not available at the start, but we will stop at Lynndale Park at mile point 3.1 for anyone who needs a restroom. We will also make a brief stop at a Safeway at mile point 20.9 for a snack/water/restrooms. There is no water at the start or until the Safeway stop, so please come with full bottles.

Bring a spare tube and tools to fix a flat, just in case. Please have full fenders if the roads are wet, or you may be asked to ride at the rear of the group.

Note: If weather conditions meet the weather cancellation criterion listed above or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions or other unexpected events, the Ride Leader will post a ride-canceled note in the Comments section below at least two hours prior to the start and Ride Leader(s) will not be at the start location.
