Free Group Ride
North Lake Washington Loop from Mercer Island
Ride Contact
Event has already happened.
Join us for a hilly and scenic ride around the North part of Lake Washington. We'll meet at the parking lot on West Mercer way just north of the I-90 interchange and stop for restrooms at Medina Beach Park, about 8 miles into the ride. No restrooms or water at start.
Wheels down at 10:00, but please arrive 15 minutes early to set up your bike and to hear the ride briefing and safety speech. You must attend the pre ride briefings to join the ride. We will ride at our own pace on hills and regroup occasionally.
Bring a spare tube and tools to fix a flat, just in case. Please have full fenders if the roads are wet, or you may be asked to ride at the rear of the group.
Note: If weather conditions meet the weather cancellation criterion listed above or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions or other unexpected events, the Ride Leader will post a ride-canceled note in the Comments section below at least two hours prior to the start and Ride Leader(s) will not be at the start location.
We hope you can join us!
