Event has already happened.
If you haven't had a chance to stretch your legs in a bike group yet this year, come join us! This is a leisurely ride from the Senior Center on Bainbridge Island- riding to the Bainbridge Island Ferry, crossing to Seattle. We will bike on the Elliot Bay trail along Alaskan Way until it ends, then continue on Alaskan Way on the shoulder to the Trail that starts on Spokane St. We will follow the trail over the West Seattle Bridge and cross to the Alki Trail. We will turn into Jack Block Park. We will picnic at Jack Block park and return the way we came. Bring money for the ferry and your lunch. Bathrooms at start and at lunch stop.
Let's meet at 9:50am for our pre-ride safety briefing, with departure at 10:05 to catch the 10:25 ferry.
Note: If weather conditions meet the weather cancellation criterion listed above or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions or other unexpected events, the Ride Leader will post a ride-canceled note in the Comments section below at least two hours prior to the start and Ride Leader(s) will not be at the start location.
