Tour de Brunch re-branded for 2020 as Bike & Brunch. Starting with a scenic ride out to Olalla followed by optional post ride social time at the Hy Iu Hee Hee. Hoping the weather will be nice enough to enjoy their outdoor seating. Downloadable route and Hy Iu's facebook page linked below. There are washrooms and parking available at the start. We will be stopping briefly at Al's store (mile 10).
Pace is moderate - expecting riders to be able to sustain a speed of 14 to 16 mile per hour on flat, windless terrain for about three hours. This ride has a few good hills - we will take them at our own paces and regroup after hills / before turns if we get spread out. Paces tend to vary with climbs and descents. Faster riders are welcome to go ahead and the group will wait for slower riders, within reason. Please send a message or post a comment if you are unsure if this is a good ride for you or if you have any other questions. Helmets are required for all participants on Cascade Free Group rides. Some other good things to have: a charged cell phone, ID, water and snacks, supplies to fix a flat (spare tube, pump, tire levers) fenders on your bike if roads are wet, front and back lights. Bring a credit card and/or cash, especially if you are staying for brunch. Bike lock also may come in handy.
For the sake of clarify and time saving at the start, please register for the ride by clicking the red "Register Now" button at the top. Please meet in the parking lot at 9:45 am for brief introductions and safety chat. There is no need to "unregister" if your plans change - the ride will start at 10 am and if you are not there, we will look forward to seeing you on a future ride.
Cancellation Policy: Steady rain cancels. If the ride is canceled, the cancellation will be posted in the comments section below before 8:00 am and ride leader will not be at the start.

- Riders under 18 years old require parental consent & approval from the Ride Leader.
