***CANCELED*** FRUMPS - Issaquah - Bellevue - Lk Samm Loop

Join us for a ride from Tibbets Valley Park in Issaquah on a 35 mile loop route at Steady pace (12-14 mph)!

This social ride will include a mix of roads and trails through Issaquah, Bellevue, Redmond and Sammamish. We will ride our loop in a clockwise manner beginning at Tibbets Valley Park, winding west along Newport Way, then heading north into downtown Bellevue for a restroom stop at Downtown Bellevue Park. Next, we will work our way north along Lake Washington to connect with the 520 trail eastward to Marymoor Park and our lunch stop at Blazing Bagels. We will finish by riding south along the shore of Lake Sammamish back to Tibbets Valley Park. There are a few hills, so we will take them at our own pace and regroup at the top. 

Let's meet at Tibbets Valley Park in Issaquah at 9:45 for our pre-ride safety briefing, with a departure at 10 am. We will stay together for this ride, with the exception of riding hills at our own pace. Restrooms and water are available at the start and at miles 10 and 24, with a lunch stop at mile 24. 

You are encouraged to pre-register by clicking the red "Register Now" button above. There is no need to unregister if you decide not to ride.

Bring a spare tube and tools to fix a flat, just in case. Please have full fenders if the roads are wet, or you may be asked to ride at the rear of the group.

Note: If weather conditions meet the weather cancellation criterion listed above or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions, the Ride Leader will post a ride-canceled note in the Comments section below at least two hours prior to the start and Ride Leader(s) will not be at the start location.
