Ellensburg ~ Bit of Badger Pocket ~ Moderate

Join us for a ride from The ReCycle Shop on a 23-mile route at Moderate [14-16 mph] pace.

We will head through Ellensburg and out to the beautiful Badger Pocket past pasture and farm lands making a loop before heading back into town.

Let's meet outside of The ReCycle Shop at 9:15am for our pre-ride safety briefing, with a departure at 9:30am. 

This ride is mainly on 'false flats' with little elevation gain and our goal will be to stay together.

Restrooms are not available at the start but are available in several area businesses for customer use.  There is no water along the route so make sure to bring enough, same with snacks. We will stop at a coffee shop after the ride if riders are interested. There is free parking with unlimited time one block to the west along Water Street.

You are encouraged to pre-register by clicking the red "Register Now" button above. There is no need to unregister if you decide not to ride.

Bring a spare tube and tools to fix a flat, just in case.

Note: If weather conditions meet the weather cancellation criterion listed above or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions, the Ride Leader will post a ride-canceled note in the Comments section below at least two hours prior to the start and Ride Leader(s) will not be at the start location.
