Event has already happened.
They're back!!! The The Blues are back. We'll ride from the Newport Hills P&R over the East Channel bridge and do a lap of Mercer Island before arriving at a prime viewing area roof deck at mile 14. We'll relax, on the deck and watch a great show. Note: The show is moving slightly south this year so that they can keep the bridge open. This may make our view worse - or possibly better - than previous years. After the show, we'll return to the starting point. Coffee and cold water will be provided but bring your own snacks. Fair warning: This ride is as much about the Blues than the cycling. Your non-riding significant other is welcome to join us to watch the show. Parking however might be problematic but contact ride leader for location.
No rest room at the start but we'll stop at Enatai at mile 3.
What to Know Before You Go
- Advance registration required. Cancel if unable to attend, to open space for others.
- Must be present at safety briefing to participate.
- Helmets required.
- Riders under 18 years old require parental consent & approval from the Ride Leader.
