This is a popular route from our Cascade Training Series (CTS) that we're offering as a Free Group Ride in celebration of Mother's Day weekend.
We will be riding counter clockwise around the lake. There is no bathroom stop at the start however we will be making a stop at Kirkland's Marina Park for a bathroom break (mile 10). We will stop at at the halfway point at Metropolitan Market for food/drink (mile 25).There will be another short break at Seward Park (mile 36). The pace will be moderate on the flats and slower on the hills. We will regroup at the tops of hills.
SCHEDULE:
We aim to ride promptly at 9:00am, so please plan to arrive by 8:45am so you have time to sign in, hear the safety briefing, and be ready to roll.
TO REGISTER:
Please register in advance (it's FREE!) so we have an idea how many riders to expect and can have enough ride leaders to support you. If you end up being unable to join us, no need to unregister.
WEATHER:
We hope the weather will be perfect, but in case it's pouring or otherwise miserable or unsafe riding conditions, a cancellation notice will be posted in the comments below by 6:00am.
What to Know Before You Go

- Helmets required.
- Riders under 18 years old require parental consent & approval from the Ride Leader.
