Free Group Ride
Interurban - Perkins - Burke Gilman Loop
Event has already happened.
We'll start at Green Lake and follow the Interurban route north. This is a long gradual climb with easy grades. Then we'll head east at Echo Lake and take the thrilling descent down NE Perkins Way to Lake Forest Park. We'll return via the Burke Gilman trail and Ravenna Park. There a short unpaved section in Ravenna Park. It's hard packed dirt. You can ride it on narrow tires, but use caution. We'll regroup frequently and keep the group together.
We'll stop at Hiroki Bakery in Tangletown near the end of the ride. Restrooms are available at the start, and there are a few options along the way if needed.
If the ride is canceled due to weather, it will be posted here in comments by 9:00 am on the day of the ride, and the ride leader will not be at the start.
