FRUMPS: Ron Regis Park - Four Corners

Meet in Renton at Ron Regis Parking Lot.  We will ride up the scenic Cedar River Trail to a cut through to Witte Road and then climb up to Maple Valley. There will be a brief rest stop at Lake Wilderness Lodge (mile 12) for a view of the Lake.  Then we wind through the neighborhoods and another cut through to Four Corners.  Lunch is at S'wiched (see menu link below).  After lunch we ride through the Georgetown-Danville Natural Area and back down Witte Rd to pick up the Cedar River Trail.  There will be an option to coast the Jones Road rollers if the group elects to do this on the return.

Start: Arrive by 9:45 am for the Route update and SMART talk.

Restrooms: At the start there is a portable in the parking lot but no water, Lake Wilderness Lodge (mile 12), S'wiched lunch stop (mile 15.5)

RSVP:  Click on the red "Register Now" button under the title above, then check the box for "Waiver Signature" and fill in the contact information. This will improve legibility and expedite sign-up at the start.  On-line RSVP requires a Cascade Bicycle Club account, which is easy to set up, but if you don't want one, come anyway and sign the hard-copy Liability Release at the start. You do not need to cancel if you sign up and cannot make it.

Cancellation Policy: If weather conditions meet the "Showers cancel" criteria, a Ride Canceled note will be posted in the Comments below, at least 2 hours prior and Ride Leader will not be at the start.  If the weather looks questionable, please check here before leaving for the ride.
