Event has already happened.
A social steady paced ride with a nice dose of hills on mostly quiet scenic backroads. Coffee stop at mile 22 and food for purchase. There is a restroom at the start but water may be off for the winter. Bring full water bottles, pocket snacks and money for coffee or food.
Since it is likely to be too cold to stand around and wait, your fellow riders will appreciate that you arrive and are ready by 10:20 so we can have the SMART briefing and roll promptly at 10:30.
In the event of showers or worse I will not be at the start location but will post a cancellation notice in the comments section of this posting by 08:00. Please check the comments section before driving to the start. Showers during the ride could amend the route. Freezing temperatures, frosty roads or ice will also cancel this ride.
Please print a cue sheet from the link provided if you would like one. If you have a Cascade account you can pre-register for this ride up until 08:30 of ride day. If your plans change you do not need to unregister. You are also welcome to sign in at the start.
What to Know Before You Go
- Advance registration required. Cancel if unable to attend, to open space for others.
- Must be present at safety briefing to participate.
- Helmets required.
- Riders under 18 years old require parental consent & approval from the Ride Leader.
