Woodland Park to North Creek <48>

Join us for a brisk-paced (17mph) 48-mile route from Woodland Park to North Creek and return. Stopping at Cloud City Coffee in Maple Leaf near the finish. Meet in the Woodland Park lower parking lot (near the soccer fields) at 0920 for a pre-ride brief, then rolling promptly at 0930. We'll head up north through Ravenna and Lake City, tackling the long climb on Simonds Road out of Kenmore. Continuing through Bothell to North Creek where we'll turn south and head home via Alderwood Manor, Brier, and Northgate. Restrooms available at the start, and at stops along the way as necessary at miles 15, 25 and 37. Coffee at mile 45, near the finish. Our goal will be to stay together, regrouping at top of longer climbs. We'll limit speed to 15mph on multi-use paths. Fenders recommended if the roads are wet.
