Join us for a 47 mile, vigorous-paced (19mph) ride from Woodland Park to Alki and Renton. Meet in the Woodland Park lower parking lot (by the soccer fields) at 0850 for pre-ride brief, then rolling promptly at 0900. We'll head through the Seattle waterfront area to Alki beach, then south through White Center to Renton, returning along the shore of Lake Washington. Coffee stop at Raconteur in Seward Park at mile 36. Our goal will be to stay together, regrouping at the top of longer climbs. We'll limit speed to 15mph on multi-use paths. Restrooms available at the start and at miles 15 and 34. Fenders recommended if the roads are wet or skies threatening. Hope you can join us.
