Free Group Ride
Machias - Granite Falls - Arlington
Event has already happened.
A steady paced ride from Machias Station Trailhead in Snohomish to Granite Falls and Arlington then back to Machias Station on the Centennial Trail. About half the ride is on scenic low traffic country roads with the return route on the Centennial Trail. There are no heart throbbing hills, but there are two long gentle climbs.
Water and restrooms are available at the start and near the half way point at the Safeway/Starbucks in Arlington where we will stop for rest and refreshments. Porta potties are available at several locations along the Centennial trail.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the ride to sign the liability waiver if you didn’t register online and to hear the safety (SMART) briefing. Please register for this ride using the Register Tab. If you cannot make the ride, you do not need to unregister. Ride cancellation will be posted two hours prior to the ride start and, if cancelled, the ride leader will not be at the ride start. Be sure to bring a spare tube as well as the tools and knowledge to fix a flat. If the roads are wet please have fenders or plan on riding at the end of the line.

Ride Cancellation: Should conditions require ride cancellation, a notice will be posted on this site by 9:00. If cancelled, the ride leader will not be at the start.
What to Know Before You Go
- Advance registration required. Cancel if unable to attend, to open space for others.
- Must be present at safety briefing to participate.
- Helmets required.
- Riders under 18 years old require parental consent & approval from the Ride Leader.
