There is NO pre-registration for this ride. This ride is not safe for children or beginners due to possible detours and road riding.
A recreational ride with road riding as well as on the trail. Construction detours were gone as of the date of the entering of this ride. Although we will cycle upgrades, there are no major hills. There will be a stop for a snack or lunch. If there might be continuous showers or rain occording to radar or weather reports the ride is canceled; if showers are stopping, the leader will go to the start (and make the cancel at that time if the showers or rain start again.)
To Drive to the start from I5 take exit 177 east toward Lake Forest Park and Kenmore (not Edmonds and the Ferry) Travel east on Ballinger War/Hwy 104 until it meets Hwy 522 and turn left, then take the first right down a steep little hill and right into the park.
What to Know Before You Go
- Advance registration required. Cancel if unable to attend, to open space for others.
- Must be present at safety briefing to participate.
- Helmets required.
- Riders under 18 years old require parental consent & approval from the Ride Leader.
