Free Group Ride
MUMPS (Brisk): CCW Eastside Loop (featuring Issaquah Coffee)

Join us for this brisk-paced CCW eastside loop, including a stretch along the Kirkland waterfront, Newport hill, a stop at Issaquah Coffee, then back to the start via East Lake Sammamish parkway and the Sammmish River Trail.
Restroom at the start, frequent rest stops on the route (as noted on the RWGPS map/cue sheet)
If there's a chance of precipitation (or wet roads) and we decide to ride anyway, fenders with long mud flaps are recommended. Marginally-fendered or naked bikes allowed, but anywhere the road is wet, riders with fenders/flaps that don't reach pretty close to the road (a hand width or so) need to take the initiative to stay behind everyone with better fenders, as a matter of safety and courtesy.

Bring tools and knowledge to repair flats; we'll pause briefly for flat repair and minor mechanicals, but have a phone and a plan to get home/back to the start if needed.
Please register at least two hours in advance on this website to save time at the start. You can also register at the start.
Plan to arrive 15 minutes early for briefing and ride prep so that we can leave on time.
In case of cancellation for any reason, including air quality, the ride leader will not be at the start, and notice will be posted here at least two hours prior; please check "Comments" (below) before heading to the start (and check your email, if you registered online).
What to Know Before You Go

- Must be present at safety briefing to participate.
- Helmets required.
- Riders under 18 years old require parental consent & approval from the Ride Leader.
