Event has already happened.
Join John Hubble and I on another beautiful backroads on the Eastside. Our ride starts east of Woodinville/Redmond at Perrigo Park, we will go through Maltby, cruise down High Bridge Road then through the Snoqualmie Valley. We will climb up to Snoqualmie Falls as we head to North Bend for lunch. On our way down from North Bend we will go up to the Issaquah plateau, head down to Lake Sammamish, then make our way back to Perrigo Park.
This ride is posted at a moderate pace, but we will be at the higher end of moderate while re-grouping on the bigger hills.
We will be on a tandem, but SINGLE bikes are WELCOME!
Please be prepared with nutrition, hydration (two water bottles), lunch money, a charged cell phone and the route either on your device or printed. If you have a major mechanical situation you will be required to find your own way back. You should carry tools and be able to fix a flat. Helmet is required.
There are planned rest stops at about 15, 34, 48, 56 (lunch), and 75 miles.
Please be ready to ride by 8:15 am, so we can discuss riding S.M.A.R.T. and the route. We will roll at 8:30 am sharp. There are bathrooms and water at the start.
Register for the ride by using the red "register now" button. This will save time at the ride start and is most appreciated!
In the event of weather cancellation, it will be post it here, at least 2 hours prior to ride start, and we won’t be at the start.
