Short Flat Redmond/Woodinville ride
Ride Contact
Event has already happened.
This is a short ride with a little hill 10 miles in. Excellent beginner ride, much of it is on the trail with some road riding to build comfort level. We start at Elements Cycle and head straight to the trail, riding up to the old Red Hook Brewery before we move to the road. We'll ride along Redmond-Woodinville Road up to the Wilmot Gateway park where we can stop for a drink and bathroom break if needed. Then we're back on the trail to 124th, where we will get back on the roads for the beautful, beginner-friendly Dairy Hill. We'll take a steep descent back down to the trail and ride back to Element Cycle.
If it's raining at all I will cancel this ride. I may cancel it online (CBC website and Meetup) if 2 hours beforehand, and would not be at the start. I may also need to cancel it later than that, in which case I will wait at the start to notify anyone who misses the online notification.
Please have a well-fitting helmet, and you will be most comfortable if you have a water bottle and small snack.
Come and join me on my road back to fitness!
