North Lake Loop - 520 Bridge
Ride Contact
Event has already happened.
This is a scenic ride around the north end of Lake Washington using the recently-opened 520 Bridge Trail across the lake. We'll start at Juanita Bay Park in Kirkland, head north to the Burke-Gilman Trail into Seattle, and cross back to the east side on the 520 bridge. It's a good ride for beginning or returning cyclists but be aware that there are some hills to climb. We'll ride at a steady pace (12-14 mph) on the flat and take the hills at our own pace, re-grouping at the top.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time so that we can go over the route and discuss safety. Also please sign the waiver form by clicking on the Register Now button at the top of this page. We'll also have a paper copy at the start for signatures.
If there is steady rain that morning we will post a cancellation in the Comments section, below, by 8 am.
You can get the cue sheet and RWGPS route from the Link, below.
