Free Group Ride
Get On Your Bike (Lake Sammamish Loop)
Event has already happened.
Please join us for a low-key ride around Lake Sammamish!
Rest stops: There is a restroom at the start, but there is no place to fill water bottles (it’s a portable restroom), so please do that before coming to the start. We'll stop for coffee and pastries at Tully's Coffee in Issaquah.
Weather: Steady rain or dangerous conditions (such as large numbers of branches in the road after a windstorm) will result in a cancellation, and the ride leader will post this information here at least two hours before the start of the ride.
Wet roads: If the roads are wet, fenders with mud flaps are a nice courtesy for your fellow riders. Without them, you may be asked to ride at the back of the group.
Registration: Please sign the electronic waiver above. This saves time at the start of the ride. Use the "Register" button, which will only be available after you log in.
Beginning riders are extremely welcome!
Ride leader mentoring is available for this ride. If you are interested, please contact me: shaun@ivory.org.
