Join me on a rolling ride through the middle of Federal Way for coffee and a quick bite to eat!
We will meet at the start of the BPA Trail on 356th street and travel north to Poverty Bay Cafe. Bathrooms will not be available at the start but will be when we arrive to our brunch stop.
Arrive 20 minutes early so you have time to ready your bike, sign the ride waiver, and listen to the Cascade SMART Safety talk.
If ride is canceled due to weather it will be posted here in comments by 08:00 am and ride leader will not be waiting at the start. Steady rain will cancel the ride.
Come prepared to fix flats and have a plan for dealing with mechanical issues. The group will stop at the top of hills. Depending on the circumstance we might stop if a rider gets a flat and or has mechanical issues so make sure you know the route and or have printed a CUE sheet.
Please register for the ride by clicking on the red Register Now button at the top of this page, click the waiver release box, complete the Emergency Contact Number, and click on Save. By doing this you will save time at the ride start. If you are unable to attend you do not need to "un-register."
What to Know Before You Go

- Must be present at safety briefing to participate.
- Helmets required.
- Riders under 18 years old require parental consent & approval from the Ride Leader.
