Leisurely ride from Ellensburg to Thorp and back on the John Wayne Trail/ Iron Horse Park. The trail in this section is mostly hard packed gravel with an occasional puddle or spot of mud. Wildlife is nearly always present on this route. Slow gravel speeds plus the trail being somewhat sheltered makes for a nice ride even on windy days. There are restrooms available near the turn-around point at the Thorp Fruit Stand or the AM/PM next door. (please make a purchase if you need their facilities)
Pre-ride Smart talk at 10:01 sharp, ride starts at 10:16.
Cue sheet not provided nor needed: We'll stay together. Free parking one block west along Water.

- Advance registration required. Cancel if unable to attend, to open space for others.
- Must be present at safety briefing to participate.
- Helmets required.
- Riders under 18 years old require parental consent & approval from the Ride Leader.
