Join us for the first Cascade ride of the new Mid Lake Loop starting from the Seattle side! The new loop is made possible by the opening of the 520 Bridge Bike Trail. As usual we will leave from Leschi but after heading north through the Washington Park Arboretum, we will turn east and cross Lake Washington on the new 520 Bridge bike trail. We plan to be home in time for lunch after some urban exploration of Bellevue and a return via the bike trail on the I-90 bridge.
As usual fixies and single speed bikes are welcome. RWGPS route will be posted in the comments section below 1-2 days prior to the ride.
Note: the ride will start at 10:00 am, 30 minutes later than normal, to allow extra time for any ice or morning fog to clear.
Ride will be cancelled in case of icy roads. Forecast is dry and temps in the 40s, the last day of expected temps above 40 degrees for over a week, so take advantage of the thaw and the new bridge bike trail. See you at the Leschi Starbucks!

- Riders under 18 years old require parental consent & approval from the Ride Leader.
