TREATS--Redmond/Issaquah/Lake Hills-Note later start time of 11am

Come for a steady paced social ride with some hills, followed by a quick lunch after the ride at Blazing Bagels.  We will take West Lake Sammamish Parkway to Issaquah, then Newport Way westbound and return through residential areas of Lake Hills.  Sanican at the start but no water.  There will be 2 short rest stops during the ride with restrooms but no food stop until the end so bring snacks. Bring 2 full water bottles as the usual stops will have water turned off for the winter.  Bring money for lunch if desired. 

East Lake Sammamish Trail parking is just west of the Whole Foods shopping complex in Redmond near the east entrance for Marymoor Park.  Address for the start location is a business just across the street from the parking lot entrance. 

Please print a cue sheet if you would like one or download the route from the link provided.  Since it is likely to be cold, your fellow riders will appreciate if you arrive in time to be ready to ride by 10:55 so we can have the safety briefing and depart promptly at 11.

In the event of showers or worse the ride leader will not be at the start but will post a cancellation notice in the comments section of this posting by 08:00 on ride day.  Please check the comments section before driving to the ride start.  Showers during the ride could amend the route.  Freezing temps, frosty roads or ice will also cancel this ride.
