Ellensburg to Thorp Party Barn Loop

The pace is "Moderate" - 14-16 miles and hour on flat roads with no wind, self pace on the few hills with a regroup at the top.
Route features parts of the Manastash half Metric in reverse. Mostly quiet country roads with 6.5 miles on State Hwy 10. Plenty of interesting barns in a variety of condition. Strong likelyhood of seeing deer and other wildlife. The roads are nearly all chipseal with some done this year. We will regroup at the intersection of Hayward Road on SR 10 after the hill rather than the top. SR 10 has not much shoulder but little traffic.
Meet outside The ReCycle Shop in downtown Ellensburg. Free parking on Water Street. No restrooms at start. Ride will finish at D&M Coffee across from Fred Meyer, both have restrooms if you are a customer.

There are no services along the route. Bring your own water and snacks.

The weather will be cold mid 30's to mid 40's, be prepared. Be prepared to change a flat with the necessary parts and tools to do so.
