TREATS 3 Hills with a view (maybe) and teriyaki too

This is a 44 mile figure-of-eight loop with a midpoint stop for lunch at the Sunny Teriyaki in Tukwila. Starbucks and Quiznos are next door if you prefer. Our route will take us north from Auburn to Kent along the Interurban Trail then along the Green River on bucolic Frager Road.  The first climb is to a viewpoint, and on a clear day, Mt Rainier is spectacular.  Teriyaki orders will be called in from the viewpoint so the food is ready when we arrive. There is a second short climb before lunch. After lunch we ride by the Duwamish Hill Preserve then back on the Interurban trail to Kent. The third short hill takes us along the Green River Road then by the Auburn Golf Course.  Plan to arrive at the start 20 minutes early for the route review, SMART talk, and on time departure.

Lunch: At the viewpoint (11.8 mile) we will phone in our lunch order (see Sunny Teriyaki Menu link below).

Restrooms:  At the start/end (inside Walmart), 15 mile (3 Friends Fishing Hole), 23 mile (lunch), 27 mile (Foster)

Helmet: Required  Fenders: All bikes should have fenders and spray guards this time of year.

Regroup:  We will regroup at the top of hills. Have an alternate plan to return home if you cannot finish the ride.
